Is audit available for candidate data ?

Summary:

We want to audit the candidate source. We are enabling Agency Hiring , and Oracle allows agents to pull pre-existing candidate profiles from ORC and add to Requisition. And i noticed , once the agent pulls the profile into their Talent pool, the candidate source gets updated with agent & agency details in the candidate profile. which is incorrect
