How to prevent recruiter from viewing requisitions in status approval -pending in the hiring app

Summary:

Hi all,

is it possible to prevent a recruiter from viewing requisitions with status approval-pending in the hiring app's list of requisitions?

Reason being is that the recruiters should only see requisitions that have been approved and not get distracted by upcoming requisitions (that might not get approved after all, thus ist not necessary to show the recruiter theses types of requisitions)?

Does anyone know how to achieve this?
