Is there a way to create, fill, and close job reqs to show employees hired into a role?

We recently moved to Oracle Cloud and use ORC. We have interns on job reqs in our previous system. We are going to us an HSDL to add them as pending workers and launch their Journeys, and ultimately convert them to Employees (interns). Is there a way to create, close, and fill job reqs in ORC and attach the already hired interns to show that they were hired on a job req in ORC?
