Custom Product DCL not removing Products not eligible to sell

Summary:

We have a custom Product DCL on Opportunity that is not updating with the current values shown in the Product object. For example, I have two products that I have de-selected Eligible for Sales/Service and changed the name to zzz_ProductName. I ran the Import Sales Products from PIM scheduled process yet these values still are showing up in the DCL list. How to I get those values to not show anymore?
