Customized Lease rule

Hi,


I want to create a customized Lease rule

eg when my OCX_Lease Term (In Years) 6

and start date is 1/Jan/2023

i need the value in my new account "Period Number" to have the value for respective period from Jan-23 to Dec-28 to be from 1-72

How can i get the no of periods in the lease for my account
