HR Analyst is able to view terminated employee from other country.

Problem Statement: It was noticed that HR analyst is able to view some terminated employees from other countries, which they should not be able to see on the person management page.

Scenario: The user with the same person record is terminated from the US as well as Ireland, but HR Analyst from Ireland is able to view terminated records from both countries. I confirmed that they are unable to view other active or terminated employees from US.

Question: Is it an expected result or any security/access issue and how can we resolve this issue?
