Product Notice: Re-authentication Required for Eloqua's Facebook Lead Ads App [Jan 2024]

Overview

If you are using Oracle Eloqua's Facebook Lead Ads App, please be advised that effective January 30, 2024, the Facebook Lead Ads App, which allows marketers to capture data from a Facebook Lead Ads form submission and send it to Eloqua, will undergo internal maintenance. This maintenance is required as the Facebook Lead Ads app will be updated to support the Facebook business management permission which is required for Meta integrations using V17.0 and later of the Graph API. Following these updates, you may be logged out of the app on or during the next 60 days. 

As a result, you may see the "Could not read access code from response" error message in the app configuration screen. In addition, the "Error! Could not retrieve Facebook pages for the selected account" error message may appear in the App Feeder Configuration screen in Eloqua Programs and Campaigns.
