We are shipping order along with warranty products to the hardware items to create service contract coverage for the asset. If we have Contract Start Date < Actual Shipment Date in OM, we need to update Service Contract Start Date as Shipment Date in Subscription Management. Right now, it is capturing Contract Start Date from OM to Subscription Management, irrespective to Actual Shipment Date. Can you please provide solution or document to fulfill the requirement using Service Mapping and Algorithms?
