Hi all,

We are looking into implementing Engagement Engine using Syndicated Proactive Chat.

I seem to not be able to locate where I can make look and feel changes to the initial popup above and beyond the basic css changes within the widget css file (asking customer if they would like to start a chat session)

From what I understand, there is basic text information you can configure within the Engagement Engine Rules Actions area; however, we would like to make a changes to the view.php file per se (e.g. adding additional DIV tags, etc).

When I look at Firefox Firebug console, I see the following DIV classes:
