Unable to delete compartment

Summary:

I have a compartment that shows 0 resources under it. However when I try to delete it it says it can not be deleted due to below two resources. When I navigate to those using Tenancy Explorer I do see CustomerDNSZone. However I am unable to delete them from the TEnancy Explorer and when I go to Zones I do not see those zones listed there.
