Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): I am trying to configure approval rules for Change Personal Information > Disability Info. I can only get Rule 1 to work. For some reason Rule 2 also goes to the HR Representative for approval. Anyone knows what I am doing wrong on Rule 2?
Rule 1: When the employee adds Disability Info via self-service (Me - Personal Detail - Disability Info) then approval must go to his/her HR Representative.
Rule 2: When the employee's HR Representatibe adds Disability Info on behalf of the employee (My Client Groups - query employee - Personal Detail - Disability Info) then no approval is needed. So transaction can auto approve
