HR Specialist unable to view Pending Worker's uploaded document

Enterprise onboarding created, which include pre-onboarding tasks that a Pending Worker need to action. Certain document need to be uploaded.

Document Type created: Document type Level = Person

Checklist/Task - task type = Document, and add attachments to document records: ID / National Identification

Pending worker received the task, and upload requested document

Log in as HR Specialist, Document Records, and none of the uploaded documents by Pending Worker is displaying within Document Records

Even with future published as "Show"
