Workforce Compensation Modelling for FTE <>1

Summary:

Allocate n amount per person model not accounting for FTE < 1

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We have a scenario whereby we would like to create a model to 'Allocate n amount per person' based on their salary range ( which is based on their FTE salary and not the actual salary).

so if we want to give $5000 for everybody in the salary range of $100K-$142K ( 5% - 3.5%)

<PS: The % figures show the equivalent % figures - which obviously will vary depending on an employees underlying salary>

So the requirement is - someone (Employee A) earning $120k and FTE = 1 should receive $5K whereas somebody(Employee B) earning $120K on FTE basis but working one day a week should see their actual salary increase by $1k

Howdy, Stranger!
