We have a configuration where the Absence Plans are not connected to the Absence Types. An employee applies a leave through an independent type based on which OIC deducts the plans balances.

The Absences applied in Oracle are sent to a third party interface where the Oracle table breaks down the Absences to show the split for each day.

An employee when he/she withdraws and Absence should should be extracted in a report with the weekly breakdown. But the ANC_PER_ABS_DAILY_DTLS table gets updated once the generate daily breakdown of the Absence Process is run and this deletes the withdrawn absences.
