Error: "Error: Forbidden" on Redwood ESS Skills and Qualifications page

Hi Experts,
We are currently exploring Talent Redwood pages. When employee tries to add a new profile item like Degrees, Licenses, Certificates, etc. and clicks on 'Save', error 'Error: Forbidden' is triggered and employee is unable to save the profile item.
The talent profile items can be saved on the responsive UI page without any error.
Is any additional security privilege needed for Employee role for Skills and Qualifications redwood ESS page?
