pause rule

Hello All

We have a requirement where we need to pause the order after scheduling because we are allocating the material based on customer priority and cutoff time. We have customer priority and cutoff time captured in EFF. if customer priority is "A" we are not stopping the order. for the rest of the priorites we have to pause the order based on the formula below

if customer priority=B && (cutoff date-order creation date)>90mins then pause the order

How should we achieve this in a pause rule. please let me know if you have any ideas
