Unable to connect to SmartView with same credentials as web access
Summary:
I could previously connect to Smart View via both shared and private connection, but after the epm login page changed, I am no longer able to connect to Smart View as it says invalid username/password. However, I am able to connect to the epm environment on the web with exactly the same credentials.
I have tried the following:
- cleared cookies, etc. via Internet Options
- repaired SmartView client
