Is it possible to create "pop up" on Move to Posting?

Summary:

Recruiters are increasingly seeing the benefit of adding questions to requisitions but one issue is that they quite often post before trying to add questions. Could there be a pop-up or something such that when we select "Move to Posting" there would be an alert to say "Have you added killer questions" or similar?
