Is it possible to import the Job Description source code to an analysis in OBI (instead of text)?

Summary:

I would need to have the Description into xml format with <li> tags, but in OBI reporting I can only pull the Description as text, where the list elements can not be identified. Is if possible to import the actual source code (including the <li> tags already) to an analysis? Or is there a column formula (sql script) I could add?
