Unable to find a particular person in the facilitator dropdown of Talent review

Summary:

Hi Experts,

When creating Talent review meeting our HR administrator is unable to find a particular person in the facilitator dropdown of Talent review.

With superuser access also we are unable to find this employee in global search or the directory too.

Did any one went through similar issue ?

I guess we need to run process "ESS job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS" with parameter as "fa-hcm-person"

Just thought to check before running this process.
