Summary:

We are in production but would like to change the COA to stop the secondary balancing segment.  

Do we have any options besides these?

A. Modify the COA to stop the secondary balancing (Per docs, not sure if this is supported.)

B. Create a new COA without secondary balancing segment. I assume we need a new ledger etc?

C. Reimplement
