Can we control the visibility of Install Base Assets based on Logged-In User's Country or BU

We have a requirement to control the visibility of Assets in the Install Base Assets Under Service Functional Area based on the location of the Logged in User. For example, the user in a particular country should only be able to view the assets in IB that are installed in that country alone.

We have observed that by having Standard roles like customer service representative, the User has visibility for all the assets in the system.
