"View by" filter in Skills and Qualification page is no longer available in Redwood layout

In the old UX it was possible in the Skills and Qualifications page to filter Competencies using the "View By" button but by implementing the Redwood layout it is no longer possible to filter them. Is there a way to implement this feature in Redwood?
