How to get a list of all quick actions available in the UI (to track Redwood changes)

Is there any way to get a list of all available quick actions in the UI?

We are trying to plan and track our rollout of Redwood to multiple clients. Obviously there are a LOT of quick actions in the system that may or may not have had a Redwood update.

I know there is a PDF listing the Redwood profile options etc, but we also want to assess which screens have NOT had a Redwood update yet, not just the ones that have.

Before I set up a user with all kinds of security access and start screen scraping... is there any other way?
