AppCloud Action Service - Notify URL not being called

Can anyone help point me in the direction on this?

I am currently developing an Eloqua AppCloud Action Service. It was going quite well, until all of a sudden Eloqua seemingly stopped calling my apps 'notify' endpoint.

I have tailed the logs of my apps API and checked the app logs in the Eloqua UI. There is no evidence that the endpoint is being called at all.

Every time a contact enters the step on the program canvas the member status is immediately set to "Eloqua failed to notify app".

It was working - I could see requests to my notify url. Then it just stopped calling it all of a sudden. All of the other endpoints are being called correctly (create, configure etc).
