Should we enable Oracle search as Redwood prerequisites even in the Responsive UI environments?

will be getting 24A update next week in all the Non prod environments. Should we enable the Oracle search once we get the Redwood UI or should we enable now itself after having 24A update in our responsive UI PODs? REdwood is still not Fedramp approved so waiting for it to get approved inorder to move to Redwood.
