2 Date prompts to pull data OTBI

Summary:

I am trying to pull a report that gives me all Current Terminations and back-dated Terminations. To do so I need the prompt to pull dates from BOTH fields. Term date catches current Terms and Assignment Last Updated would catch any Terms that were back-dated. However I am unable to get the report to pull based on both. Both would have to be in between to include ranges.
