Address and name tokens not displaying in job offer

Summary:

Address & name tokens for one particular candidate is not rendering in the job offer preview. It works fine for all other candidates & no changes have been made to job offer templates. What might be some reasons that some fields don't show on job offer preview? Other tokens (req title, start date etc.) render just fine.

I have looked up knowledge articles 2542229.1 and 2500795.1. We are good on both counts there.
