Assistance in account recovery (new phone, no more 2fa)

Summary:

I've been directed here by the customer support. To sum it all up, I've been using the always free tier for while now, but recently got a new phone. When I tried to login to my OCI account, I was greeted with a "confirm on your iPhone" message. Not realising this had been reset as I transfered my data to a new phone, I am now unable to login. Can anyone help me regain access to my account?
