Top Recommendations Feature- Using Standard location

Hello everyone,

we have enabled the Top Recommendations Feature for Oracle HCM Recruiting and we have experienced a series of issues.

First, we created different job requisitions, filling all the required information and then, we edited several candidate profile's so that their qualifications would match those, who were mentioned in each posted position. We have also scheduled the required process to run every hour so that the new inserted data would be constantly updated.

What we noticed, was that the AI kept on recommending only a specific candidate for every job posting, even when their qualifications had nothing to do with the ones required by the position. Please, note that this was an external candidate. Therefore, we decided to raise an SR asking for investigation on this unexpected behaviour. We also wanted to get confirmation on whether the AI Feature works for internal candidates as well, because these were the type of workers that the client wanted to use the "Top Recommendations" for.
