Performance issue with BI Report

Summary:

Dear All,

We have an custom report which was built by Oracle Dev Team. Now we are seeing performance issues with Report. When we try to run(i.e. Schedule the report) we are getting an error i.e. SQL query time exceeds the limit (36000).. Code is complex in nature(i.e. 3800 lines of Code). Can someone help in fine tuning the SQL?
