How to create change order from Requisition in Responsive Self Service procurement

Summary:

Currently , users have setup requisitions which were converted to Purchase orders & PO Number was mailed to the suppliers , Based on budgeting , the users add new lines to the exiting requisitions , which in turn creates a change order automatically .

How can we create a new line to the existing requisition which in turn would create the Change Order
