We are facing issues while calling a custom groovy object function via ESS job. The job is getting stuck in 'Retrying' state, even after 30 minutes from calling.

We have followed the standard documentation provided by Oracle, however it still not working -

Test Scenario: If a custom field available at Subscription header level is having a value 'Test', then update the same attribute value to 'Testing Completed!'.
