ORC Candidate Data Deletion (Hard Delete)

Hello,

Hope you are keeping well.

I have now got Candidates into what I believe is known as the Soft Delete status using HDL's (Deletion Qualifier now states: CAND_DELETED_HDL for those Candidates).

I believe the next step is to Hard Delete these Candidates, having searched it seems you complete this via Data Exchange --> Configure Person Information Removal Policies. Is this correct?

If so, how and what rules do I need to set to be able to Hard Delete these Candidates?

Otherwise, if my understanding is incorrect - How do you actually do this to fully delete these Candidates?
