Solution to get all data for the receivingTransactionsHistory REST API

While executing this API

https://Credential/fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/receivingTransactionsHistory

If i run GET ALL method I can't get every data in the oracle it is throwing some error?

ERROR:At least one of the following attributes ItemId, ItemNumber, ShipmentHeaderId, ReceiptNumber, ShipmentNumber, POHeaderId, PONumber, TransferOrderHeaderId, TransferOrderNumber, ReceiptAdviceHeaderId, ReceiptAdviceDocumentNumber, ExternalSystemTransactionReference is required.

only for a particular query parameter only it is viewing the data

Can someone provide me the solution for this
