We are having a bit of an issue getting the Syndicated Proactive Chat widget to show up on our website using Engagement Engine.  We ensured this was not queue / permissions / availability related by including the second script from /ci/tags/syndicated_widgets/standard/ProactiveChat on our pages and setting the seconds parameter to 1.  With this setup the widget launched as expected.

We went back to Engagement Engine and added a custom javascript function which logs to the console that a chat offer should have popped and that message is being logged in the browser console so we know the rule is executing.
