After assigning line manager role to user my team is not visible

Summary:

The line manager has two roles: one called 'PER_LINE_MANAGER_ABSTRACT' and the other called 'ORA_PER_LINE_MANAGER_ABSTRACT.' When we assign the 'PER_LINE_MANAGER_ABSTRACT' role to a user, my team is visible. However, when we assign the 'ORA_PER_LINE_MANAGER_ABSTRACT' role to the user, "my team" is not visible. What could be the reason for this issue?
