HDL for LRU

Summary:

Hi,

We need to create 50 - 100 schools & academies as LRU's to maintain establishment number. Is there any HDL or api to bulk load/create LRUs?

Basically right now all these academies are created as departments and establishment number is stored in custom segment at department level. But for running MCR report, we need to create them as LRUs. So, is there a HDL for uploading the LRUs as it is difficult to create manually when we have close to 100.
