Why are my customer statements not sending via email?
Summary:
I am testing the Send Customer Statements functionality via email. The contact has system transactions and has the correct profile settings as well as all the required Receivables System Setting setup for email delivery populated. Process is ending in error.
Site has: address purpose: Bill to, Statements
Communication: Contact point = contact, purpose: statement, email = valid email address
Responsibility Type= statements
Profile: send statements enabled, preferred method =email
