Counting Questionnaire Responses from Performance Document

Trying to count the responses to a question within a performance document. Performance is very slow and it's hard to validate the results.

- Section Type: Questionnaire
- Questionnaire Question.Folder: The folder with the question
- Document Status: Completed
- Participation Status: COMP
- Performance Document Template: [Document Name]
- Review Period Identifier: [HARDCODED Review Period ID]

Hello Experts,
We have a performance document that includes a questionnaire section. One of the questions is a multi-select and we need to know how many people selected which responses to show the top 5. It seems pretty straight forward but has proven tricky.
