Getting Disconnected while active on a chat

Does anyone else experience their agents getting disconnected, often when actively in the middle of a RightNow chat? The agents will notice the 3 Green connection bars begin to show yellow or red, and then the system will make them Unavailable and log them out.
I can see this on the Agent Events report as Absent.
This happens several times a day. We are new to OSC RightNow and have had this happening since we first went live a few months ago. Oracle Support has not yet been able to help us. We have followed the workstation and environment directions without success.
