Error in search result in Responsive SSP

Summary:

I have created an item and submitted a requisition in the classic SSP. However, when I searched for the same item in the Responsive SSP, it was not displayed. Additionally, trying to duplicate the requisition through the Responsive SSP resulted in an error.
