How to add values to the LOV of price adjustment Reason in the Subscription Mgmt.

As shown below Reason LOV doesn't have any value. can you please share the configuration Name to add the values in It

There is no separate task similar to Cancellation and Closed reasons, neither its included in Manage Standard Lookups.

Checked all the Seeded fields using apps composer but there is no field for Reason
