Fusion Succession Planning Process flow
I would like to understand the practical usage of succession planning in your organization.
My assumption: What I can see in succession management. We can create a plan and add candidates and track their readiness manually.
Please share detailed end to end business process flow diagram maybe as best practice approach to implement fusion succession planning.
