Embedded report grids from Reference doclet disappears

I have a Word doclet that contains a reference doclet report grid embedded into it. The Word doclet stopped displaying the embedded report grid, I checked the "Inspect content" and the reference report link still exists, so I tried the "Replace" report and selected the same report that was embedded and the report grid started appearing again in the word doclet, this happened twice in 3 days. Not sure what's going on and only one report package is showing this unexpected behavior.


Any expert advice is appreciated. I created an SR as well for this.
