Summary:

"Project Number"(PJC,S,S) Is not null " condition is not working for TAD in Payables Account Rules. System is unable to read the Project Number"(PJC,S,S). What should be the condition? the same condition works in Procurement TAD though. Has anyone got luck with the new TAD introduced in 23D?
