Request mor info , Reassign PCS version 3

Summary:

In oracle PCS version 3 , in case of taking action like request more info or reassign , how to get who will be the assign to take action or provide more info , to store it in database or pass it to custom API ? , i have checked the audit on the screen and found that its an internal action not an outcome so i cannot get it from the mapping association , also tried using events on the UI it self , but didn't find any function to help me get this info , please advise .
