Change label list values of the Actions button in the Recruiting form

Summary:

Hello everyone,

I would like to change the label of a value in the drop-down menu of the Actions button in Recruiting (I am inserting screen for clarity).

Especially I would like to change the selected value, where can I make that change? I think it's a lookup but I can't find the code.
