Summary:

Lockbox is out balance because of the difference in control and validated counts. however, there is no difference in the amounts between control and validated hence all receipts are imported.

Could you please let us know what is causing the issue of imbalance on control and validated counts? Earlier we were not getting this type of issue but since one week we noticed it. Any help on tracing this issue could be more helpful.
