Multiple Demographic Info issues with workers council, GDPR etc..

Summary:

Hello Experts,

The demographic info tab on the personal details shows data for multiple legislative info for the legislations the employee has an history with.

Example- a person working in US, then get transferred to Netherlands. they have both US and NL legislative Data.

The issue we are facing is some demographic data that can be collected in US but would be Illegal to be collected in NL. It is my understanding that we cannot cherry pick which legislative info we want displayed. So a person in NL legislation can see his demographic info for Both US and NL.

Howdy, Stranger!
